For one of our use cases, there were tens of thousands of policy documents at a program where both people internal to the program and the victims who found themselves in a vulnerable position required some information to be able to get the aid they needed urgently. Unfortunately, filling out the appropriate paperwork to receive that aid could be challenging without reviewing tons of documents.
ResQAI can now help such applicants by searching through the archive of policy documentation to identify the most relevant and helpful pieces of information and presenting that information in a clear, actionable way. ResQAI can also help those internal to the program locate policy details to answer applicants’ questions in a timely manner while ensuring that the information is true and complete.
